1. All Sales Final
All items are sold *as is, where is*. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances.
2.No Guarantees
No warranties or guarantees are made regarding condition, authenticity, functionality, or value of any item.
3. Buyer Responsibility
Buyers are responsible for inspecting items before purchase. Staff statements are opinions only and do not constitute guarantees.
4. Payment Methods
Accepted forms of payment are **Cash, Cash App, and Venmo only**.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
No checks or credit cards accepted. Sales tax will be collected where required by law.
5. Pricing & Discounts
Prices are set at the discretion of the estate sale company and may change. Discounts may be offered and are not retroactive.
6. Item Removal
All purchased items must be removed by the buyer within the designated time. Buyers are responsible for packing, loading, and transportation.
7. Large Items & Furniture
Large items may require scheduled pickup. Items not removed within the agreed timeframe may be forfeited without refund.
8. Liability
The estate and estate sale company are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage to personal property. Entry is at your own risk.
9. Damage or Breakage
Buyers are responsible for any damage they cause to items, the home, or other persons.
10. Children & Pets
Children must be supervised at all times. No pets allowed, except service animals.
11. Security
Premises may be monitored. Theft will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
12. Conduct
Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to refuse service.
13. Agreement to Terms
By entering the property or making a purchase, you agree to all estate sale rules and conditions.
