If you plan on purchasing large items, please bring help to carry/load and transport.

We will have a limited supply of packing materials, boxes and bags, please bring your own if planning on purchasing a large amount of fragile items.

We accept cash and credit cards ($10 minimum credit purchase)

Sorry, we do not accept list signups via the internet or give out prices

All items sold "as is" and all sales are final

We will be following safety protocols for both our staff and customers:

1. Masks ARE REQUIRED for staff and customers at all of our sales - if you do not have one, we will have some available for purchase.
2. Temperature checks are conducted on all staff members each day before opening.
3. All of our staff have general COVID-19 awareness training
4. Please follow social distancing of 6 feet apart, both while waiting to enter the home and while inside
5. A limited amount of people will be allowed to enter at a time
6. Hand sanitizer will be available at our sales
7. Wherever possible, cleaning according to CDC guidelines is conducted.
8. Please do not attend the sale if you feel unwell or have a fever
