One way transit up and down stairs will be enforced so everyone can hold onto the banister railing, so please be patient.

NO ONE ADMITTED WEARING FLIPFLOPS OR SHOES WITH HIGH WEDGES OR HIGH HEELS FOR SAFETY REASONS ON THE STAIRS. You may leave your shoes at the door to enter.
NO LARGE BAGS ALLOWED. But you are welcome - and encouraged - to bring boxes and packing. We will store it for you on the front porch, where you will have ample space to pack. Thousands of small treasures will be available. Literally thousands of books. You will need book boxes.
ALL SALES FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
BRING LOADING HELP FOR LARGE ITEMS. No loading help available unless arrangements are made ahead. Most of the larger and interesting furniture is on the 2nd and 3rd floor. You will need help. Thank you.

This is one of those rare sales when you will find something for everyone so shoppers will not be in and out quickly. There are three floors and a large courtyard and garage to explore.

We are thinking of having timed entry to try to make your wait comfortable. Watch for news.

Bring packing. Boxes are better than shopping bags. Almost everything is breakable except fabric and books.
