THIS SALE IS FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE - NO SIGN UP SHEET!
THIS SALE WILL BE PARTIALLY OUTSIDE, SO PLEASE DRESS ACCORDINGLY.
The house is very small so we will have to limit the number of people inside the house at any given time.
We will try to let more people shop the outside of the house while they wait for interior access.

We will have plenty of boxes and wrappings for all your treasures.

If you plan to purchase a large item, YOU NEED TO BRING OR HIRE SOMEONE TO HELP YOU MOVE IT!
We have contracted Hernandez Transfers & Moving for your convenience (210-212-7778). They can supply you with an affordable moving quote, if you are unable to move the item(s) yourself. We have a couple of other shipping/moving option - if interested, please contact us.
All items must be removed from site by the Saturday at close of sale.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO RETURNS!! (no exceptions)
Please examine all article carefully, we do not imply perfection or authenticity, so the final decision is yours.
PARKING: Please be very careful about where you park - obey city and any posted parking guidance - this area regularly patrolled by police/parking enforcement. DO NOT block driveways or mailboxes and DO NOT park too close to intersection.

You do not want to miss out on this unique sale in Olmos Park Terrace!
This residence was packed and we had to rent several storage pods to unload the house. Once the interior of the home was organized we staged each of these pods as 'rooms' full of items that were in the exterior of the house. There are some real treasures here - from fine and designer furniture to vintage and new clothing - this sale has a bit of everything!
WE ARE STILL UNBOXING ONE OF THE PODS SO THERE IS SURE TO BE SOME SURPRISES THAT WILL NOT MAKE THE PICTURES!
