• By placing a bid on any item in this auction you agree to the terms and conditions set forth here. • Items ship out 5-7 business days after the close of the auction. WE CANNOT COMBINE SHIPMENTS FROM DIFFERENT SALES. • All sales are final. Items are sold As Is Where Is. Please bid accordingly, no warranty expressed or implied. In plain terms, no refunds/returns granted for any reason. • In the eyes of the law a bid is a legally binding contract. • This auction has a 15% buyer’s premium on all items. • If you opt to pick up items must picked up the following Friday and/or Saturday at 1716 Blanco Rd. between 12-6 pm • Parking is limited. Parking is available behind our building, and street parking is also available. Please do not park in neighboring building parking lots. • NO dollies or wagons are available. Please bring your own help, our employees will not be able to help take your winning to your car. • Auctions will only ship to the address registered with Hibid. No exceptions. • $1 shipping and handling fee will be added per lot. • We will package winnings carefully and consolidated to keep shipping charges low. • Credit/debit cards are the only method of payment we accept. No exceptions. • When the auction closes, we will process payment via the payment method you have on file. All items must be paid by either credit or debit card. You will see a second charge for shipping when your item has shipped. Shipping is completed within 5-7 business days. • There is a $25 fee for all declined cards. IF YOU CAN"T PAY, DON'T PLAY. • Declined transactions will result in the $25 fee being added to an invoice that will be sent via email to the winning bidder. This invoice must be paid within 24 hours. Non paying bidders will be sent to a private third party collection agency. • All items sold will be subject to the buyer’s premium and sales tax. • Tax exempt bidders must have their SIGNED exemption certificate on file with us prior to bidding. If you do not have this in place you will be invoiced with sales tax and you can file for a refund the next time you do your quarterly taxes. No exceptions.
