*PLEASE SEE NOTE CONCERNING NEW PROCEDURES IN THE SALE DESCRIPTION*
-We accept cash and credit cards (for purchase of $20 or more). No checks, please.
-All items sold as-is. No refunds, returns or exchanges.
-Sales tax will be collected. (If you are tax -exempt, please have a copy of your tax-exempt form with you.)
-Bids will be taken for larger items. Reasonable offers will be presented to the owner.
-We do not presale, but PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ITEMS MAY BE REMOVED BY THE FAMILY BEFORE THE SALE.
-Bring help to load large items--we request that large item pick up be completed AFTER closing each day or no later than Sunday afternoon at 5:00 pm. Items not picked up 5:00 pm on Sunday will be donated to charity.
-Discounts are offered after the first day with a minimum purchase.
-We are not responsible for accidents or injury, lost or stolen items.

We have a great sale lined up for you this weekend! There is a quick list below of some of the things you will find and there are lots of pictures. Hope to see you!

Parking: Park only on the side of the street that the house is located on. The culdesac has some pad parking in the center so please use that as much as possible.

Please be aware that face masks are required and that we will be limiting the number of people in the house at one time. There will be a number system in place so grab a number tab when you arrive. We will call new numbers out as shoppers leave. Thank you so much for you patience as we work to keep you and our staff safe.
