All sales final, no returns, no exceptions. Cash, Credit/Debit Cards accepted. All credit/debit card purchases will have a 3% administrative fee.

The homeowner and Lone Star Legacy Liquidators are not liable for any injury or accident that may occur.

Please bring help to load your furniture and or large item purchases. Depending on the size of the item we may ask that you pick it up at the end of the day to ensure the safety of other shoppers while attempting to move large pieces of furniture.
