Bids will be taken for larger items, all reasonable offers will be presented to the owner. Plan ahead for hauling heavy items, we will not be able to load for you. Please ask for assistance in getting items downstairs in multi level homes. Neither the homeowner or our company are responsible for falls , injury or accidents.
Please do not bring pets into the house. All children need to stay with the parent.
We accept cash and credit cards (for purchases over $25.00), no checks please.

Welcome to our Castle Hills sale... Halloween weekend you will find all treats, no tricks...... The house is on a one street dead end, parking will be limited, please park head in on the curved areas, and don't block driveways or mailboxes. Sign up sheet will be on the front porch Wednesday morning.

This house is full of treasures, Thomasville and Copenhagen furniture, teak dining tables, leather and cloth recliners. Several nice bookcases, beautiful oak china cabinet, oak roller shutter filing cabinet, beautiful Oriental look lamps. We have a Bose system, Emerson set with speakers, two turntables, vinyl records, music and movies.

We have lots of books, fantastic cookbook collection with SA connections, jewelry, purses, candles.

Vintage tall lamps, a full kitchen of dishes and small appliances, two cutlery sets, Cutco knives, Carvel Hall Steak knife set ,vintage tea sets, stemware , carving sets, Blenko double spout pitchers, Pickard gold serving pieces and so much more.

We have a Singer Featherweight machine, a like new Tempur-Pedic queen bed, a pair of Louis Poulson - Denmark 1950 outside light fixtures, a Free Step Cross Trainer and assortment of exercise items.

The garage and back patio have Halloween and Christmas decor, a Summit workhorse bike,, pots, cleaning supplies, dusters and vacuums, fans, and lots to look through.
