NOTICE: All sales of firearms are subject to applicable jurisdictional law, including but not necessarily restricted to the successful completion of an NICS background check administered by Vogt Auction Galleries. A $20 fee per buyer will be charged for the background check for up to 3 individual firearms per auction; an additional $5 will be charged for each additional firearm over 3 (only applicable to buyers with a valid Texas ID picking up in-house). Texas residents holding a valid Texas License to Carry may bypass this background check. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER TO ENSURE THE FIREARM IS LEGAL IN THEIR JURISDICTION BEFORE BIDDING. All transfers are subject to the sole discretion of Vogt Auction Galleries.

All firearms purchased by out-of-state (non-Texan) buyers must be shipped directly to an FFL in their local area/applicable jurisdiction. Buyers are responsible for contacting an FFL in their local area (ask your FFL dealer about their transfer fees). All handguns must be shipped by 2-Day Air or Next-Day Air.
