Terms & Conditions

The garage and yard will open 8:30 Thursday only. The house will open at 10.

Friday and Saturday will be 10:00 to 4:00 for house, yard, and garage. Sign in sheet posted 1:00 pm Wednesday. No email sign in. Our company does not offer this option.

We accept cash, cashier's checks, credit and debit cards. Debit cards are welcome for purchases for more than $20,. No credit cards accepted on Saturday. Cash, cashier's check or letter of credit for purchases of more than $500 unless we know you or by special arrangement. No refunds and no exchanges. All sales are final. Items with motors or electrical items have been tested but buyer should test prior to purchasing.

Pickup or your delivery arrangements of furniture may take place at a mutually convenient time.

We are not responsible for accidents to anyone at any location in or near this address. We appreciate your cooperation as we conduct an orderly and respectful sale and thank you in advance. No large bags allowed.

Description & Details

A country cottage collection in every room......Unusual antique oak furniture, Tarzan book collection and other antique and vintage books, tons of ceramics, pottery and other collectibles you rarely see. Art includes prints by G. Harvey, a Eunice Hundley pastel, work by Roy A. McLendon (one of the original Florida "Highwayman" artists), many framed and unframed oils on canvas by Ted Berkowitz, a Kevin Daniel print, and a collection of 1930's-1940's landscape prints,and several interesting mirrors. There are display shelves and three matching large walnut bookcases, Victorian and Edwardian oak pieces, and a brass bed, as well as 20th century renditions of an 18th century highboy and Renainnaise style chairs.

Guys will be pleased with the extensive array of hand tools and small electric tools including a tile cutter. There are architectural elements, 2-3 dozen bentwood chairs needing TLC/replacement seats,seats from a mini van, toys and games from Strawberry Shortcake, Star Wars, Masters of the Universe, Barbie, Ken and Midge,  Smurffs, Care Bears, and others.

So far we have an array of items remaining from the family's Virginia antique shops, The Red Barn and The Blue Willow antiques shop - enough to open another shop!  You will find Stangl, Redwing, many odd pieces and part sets of Metlock Poppytrail and Franciscan dinnerware patterns from the 1940s-50s-60s, Depression and 1940's glass, Colorado pottery, Hollywood designer Sasha Brastoff, Eva Ziesel, Royal Haeger, Pyrex, and Royal Winton, to name a very few examples.   Mark your calendar and don't miss this exciting sale!!!!
