All Sales are Final - No Refunds or Exchanges. All Items are Sold As Is. Not responsible for accidents, so please watch your step and ask for assistance, when looking at items. Please bring help to move large items.

No children under 9 without adult, please. Note an early sign up sheet will “Not” be available. All guests will be allowed in on a first come first serve basis. No Large Bags allowed. Please bring help when purchasing large items as we are unable to assist.

Gladly accepting cash and credit cards (with min $20 purchase). Please do not call or email for information on pricing prior to the Sale. Please bring help to move and load your purchases as we are unable to assist during the Sale.

Attention: All Dealers/Resaler’s - Starting in 2018 all Resaler’s purchasing items for resale no-tax must complete a new 01-399 Resale Certificate during each purchase and must verify that the certificate is currently valid and be good for like items purchased or pay tax on items. We gladly sell items over the phone with an approved form of payment. Please note, phone sales will only begin after all those waiting to enter the home or gallery and have an opportunity to enter the home or gallery to view items.

If shipping is needed, it will be arranged upon payment-in-full. All sales are final.
