All Sales are Final - No Refunds or Exchanges. Not responsible for accidents, so please watch your step and ask for assistance, when looking at items. Please note that some items may be removed from sale by owners prior to sale.

No children under 9, please. Note an early sign up sheet will “Not” be available. All guests will be allowed in on a first come first serve basis. No Large Bags allowed.

Gladly accepting cash and credit cards (with min $20 purchase). Please do not call or email for information on pricing prior to the Sale. Please bring help to move and load your purchases as we are unable to assist.

Attention: All Dealers/Resaler’s: Starting in 2018 all Resaler’s purchasing items for resale no-tax must complete a new 01-399 Resale Certificate during each purchase and must verify that the certificate is currently valid and be good for like items purchased or pay tax on items. We gladly sell items over the phone with an approved form of payment. Please note, phone sales accepted two hours after the actual start of the sale to allow local waiting customers the opportunity to enter the sale in person - Thank you for understanding.

If shipping is required, we are happy to provide assistance with local shippers upon payment-in-full.
