Bids will be taken for larger items, all reasonable offers will be presented to the owner. Plan ahead for hauling heavy items, as our friendly loading team will not be available for this sale.
Not responsible for accidents or lost/ stolen items. Please ask for assistance in getting items downstairs in multi level homes.
Please do not bring pets into the house. All children need to stay with the parent.
