Estate Valet is pleased to offer what is most likely the second largest, single collection of vintage Movie Advertising Print Blocks outside of the largest known collection - known simply as “The Collection”- which was purchased by Alamo Drafthouse Cinema in 2017. This collection of nearly 800 Movie Advertising Print Blocks, all featuring advertisements for movies produced from the 1930's to the early 1980’s, came from a local San Antonio collector and is being offered in single lots so that anyone can own their very own piece of Movie Memorabilia.
All of the Print Blocks in this auction are believed to have been manufactured by the same company as “The Collection”- KB Typesetting - as all Print Blocks in this collection have numbers stamped into the side just like the ones in “The Collection”.
The Print Blocks are in such fine condition that anyone with a letterpress or hand cranked press can create their very own work of ART from any of these fabulous Print Blocks: Posters - T-Shirts -Bandana’s - Shorts - Placemats - Cocktail Napkins - Wrapping Paper.
