*Buyer responsible to move all items purchased.
*Please bring help moving heavy items and bring packing materials to secure your purchases as we have a very limited supply on hand. Due to time constraints staff will not be able to help with loading during the sale. The Buyer is responsible to move their own purchases, including furniture and appliances.
*We are not responsible for injuries or accidents at this sale. Please no small children or pets at this sale.
*This is a 3 day sale. The first day is full price, the second day is 25% off, 3rd day “most items” are 50%. Our clients reserve the right to establish a minimum price on some items.
*absolutely no items will be pre-sold and no prices will be given out prior to the sale so please do not ask. The family has pulled everything they wanted to keep so if it’s in the photos it will be there on the first day. Please call and ask if you’re interested in knowing if certain items are still there on the second or 3rd days.
*there will be limited entry into the sale of 25 people at a time for this sale.
*Pets are not allowed, only Service animals are allowed.
*If you are a reseller please bring a current copy of your tax ID and a completed tax exemption form if possible, or be prepared to fill out a tax exemption form. We require a new one at every sale and will be checking current numbers with the TX comptroller website.

Calling all quilters and seamstresses, This sale is for you! We have two rooms full of sewing items and 10 different sewing and embroidering machines. There are tables and shelves of fabric and batting, embroidery thread, sewing tools, tons of quilting patterns and books, bins and large bags of unfinished quilts that were started (with their patterns and fabric), storage and organizing and sewing machine transport luggage.
In the kitchen there’s a large collection of vintage and newer Fiesta ware and vintage kitchen items. There’s Xmas in the garage along with stained glass making supplies, automotive parts and tools.
We have a large selection of vintage children’s clothes and toys and closets full of clothes ranging in all sizes due to multiple family members adding items to the sale.
There’s a king sized bed frame with storage upstairs as well as a queen bed with mattress and box spring in a separate bedroom.
Antique Murphy bed, Eastlake bed and dresser, and some other interesting antique pieces. In the garage we have a great functioning drafting table and wood blueprint cabinet. Stained glass making materials with some great glass pieces, auto parts for GMC vehicles, tools and more.
Maytag washer and electric dryer.
