Texting is the best form of communication. Calling in the week prior and during the sale when we are too busy to answer means questions unanswered. Much easier for us to reply to text than answer the phone.
A physical sign up sheet will be out at the address with our door person at 7am on the first day to determine order of entry. We will let in 45-50
people to start at 9am, then one out and one in as we see how the crowd holds up inside. Following days of the sale sign-ups will start at 8 am. Physical presence in line is required, we do not recognize place-holders overnight.
This is a 4 day sale! The 1st day is full price, 2nd day is 10% off, 3rd day is 25% off, the last day is 50% off.
*No shopping with large bags, tote bags or baby strollers. Bags can be dropped off at front door or hold area and strollers need to stay outside the house.
*Golden Bow Designs / Estate Sales accepts credit cards and cash. Charges will appear as: GOLDEN BOW DESIGNS
*Items are priced As-Is, Where-Is, no warranty implied.
*Buyer responsible to move all items purchased by 4pm on Sunday 8/30.
*Please bring help moving heavy items and bring packing materials to secure your purchases as we have a very limited supply on hand. Staff will not be able to help with loading during the sale. The Buyer is responsible to move their own purchases, including furniture and appliances. We have a mover at the ready who offers his services by the job and his rates are very reasonable.
*We are not responsible for injuries or accidents at this sale.
*Please no pets at this sale unless they are service animals.
*Small children are fine but they are counted as one person on the sign up sheet and should look with their eyes and not with their hands.
*Absolutely no items will be pre-sold and no prices will be given out prior to the sale so please do not ask.
*The family reserves the right to set reserve pricing on certain items. We will make note in those photos.
*If you are a reseller please bring a current copy of your tax ID and a completed tax exemption form if possible, or be prepared to fill out a tax exemption form. We require a new one at every sale and will be checking current numbers with the TX comptroller website.

We are mostly done prepping this 4300 sq ft, multigenerational home in the Forest Oak area of San Antonio near MacArthur Park.. Stay tuned for more photos and updates.

LPs, 45s, Cassettes, Vintage and modern cameras (some look great but aren't functioning, but we have them marked as such) - vintage film splicing equipment for Super 8 film, Lava Lamps, Bose speakers, stereo equipment TV/VCR combo, portable TV with coax hookup, maps, books, camcorder and older storage media, Chess boards, cards and domino sets, puzzles and games
Items we don't have photos of yet include a ladies bike, Igloo doghouse for a large dog, weight bench and weights, lots of office equipment and art supplies, frames, holiday inflatables, swing hammocks and a hammock with frame, medical supplies and mobility aides.
There is simply too much to detail so please take a look at the photos and let us know if you have questions. If we don't respond immediately it is due to the immense workload to get this house finished, but we will respond.

If you have attended our sales, you know we have a fair pricing model and you can expect the same here. If you have never attended one of our sales we believe you will find everything priced below retail, and often the best price you can find anywhere without getting lucky.
P.S.S. We generally cannot answer the phone the first day of the sale. If you are wondering if something is available you really need to attend the sale. We will answer the phone when able, but when we have lines waiting to get in and waiting to checkout, we simply can't answer calls or texts. We are a small organization and there is no admin waiting by the phone on sale days. We appreciate your patience and attendance!
