• We open at 8:00 am on Friday and Saturday. Doors close at 5:00 pm and all items must be paid for by 5:30 pm.
• We accept cash only. ATM's available nearby.
• All sales are final and sold as is.
• We are not responsible for accidents or injuries on the property.
• We reserve the right to limit the number of people entering the home.
• The public will not be allowed to use the bathrooms.
• Please bring help to load large or bulky items. Sales Staff will not be able to load large items.
• Limited packing materials available for small items only.
• We discourage bringing children to the sale. Disruptive children will be asked to leave.
• Strict "You Break, You Buy" policy.
• Please no large bags permitted.
