We love our customers and want everyone to have a great shopping experience, we have become very popular because we treat our clients like royalty and it shows!
But we do have a few rules...
You must bring help to move, we simply can not move anything for you. Miss Ruby is still recovering from her broken back and the ladies who are volunteering to help are not allowed to move things either.
We do try to bring enough bags to help out but we really need you to bring your own packing materials.
We do ask that you DO NOT smoke on the property and that ALL children be left at home. I promise I love kids but there are just way too many nice things that parents wont want to pay for when they get broken. You break you buy.
We DO NOT have a sign up sheet. We had people abuse it and start their own and it just became a pain so now it is first come first serve.
This home is NOT handicapped accessible.
SMILE>>>you will be on camera when you shop at our sales. Shopping with us means you are a movie star and could be on a video/picture that may need to be use in the future. By you going into the sale means you are giving us permission to do so.
All sales are final. We are not responsible for accidents.
We ask that you act like you would in church and not at Walmart. This is someone's home and we are working for them. Each client has different needs and we are under contract to do what they ask.

This is the home of a wonderful Christian couple who have lived a blessed life. There is a lot of cool vintage stuff here. 

We also have a Ford F150 2002 with only 11,500 miles on it!  My mechanic has looked at it, put a new battery in it and has given the all go with full blessings as this is a cream puff of a truck!  This man loved his truck. It has been so well taken care of that it looks like it came off the show room floor.  

We will be accepting bids on it. So give me your best bids. You will need to be ready to provide the cash payment that Sunday. You will be contacted that Saturday night. Bids will need to be brought to the sale. I will not be accepting bids via email or text. If you win the bid and do not pick up and the time agreed upon , with cash in hand, you will forfeit and the next person will get the truck. There will be a law officer there for the transfer of money and the truck.

Truck is a 2002 Ford F150 extended cab with a cover over the truck bed. It has only 11,500 miles. Has been inspected and a new battery. The man only drove it within the 20 mile radius and treated it as his baby. I am only accepting closed bids and am not calling anyone to give a second chance to bid higher, so put in you best offer and have the money ready for that Sunday (Fathers Day) to pick up. You will have a couple of days to put into your name and you will need to show proof ( provide me a copy) of your insurance before you are allowed to drive truck off. I will not know what the bids are that people are giving me so please don't contact me asking what is the best offer as I will not be able to tell you. It is the best offer gets it and I will tell you that it is worth every penny! You will need to bring your bids to the sale. I will not be accepting any via email or text.
