COVID-19 CHANGES:
Masks must be worn.
Credit card transactions require less contact and are encouraged, but not mandatory.
THERE IS NO LONGER A MINIMUM FEE TO USE A CREDIT CARD.
-We are using a pull tab number system instead of a sign-in sheet. The numbers will be out one hour before the sale starts each day.
- We accept cash and credit cards (no minimum purchase during COVID). No checks, please.
-All items sold as-is. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.
-Sales tax will be collected. (If you are tax -exempt, please have a copy of your tax-exempt form with you.)
-Bids will be taken for larger items. Reasonable offers will be presented to the owner.
-We do not presale, but PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ITEMS MAY BE REMOVED BY THE FAMILY BEFORE THE SALE.
-Bring help to load large items--we request that large item pick up be completed AFTER closing each day or no later than the last afternoon of the sale at 5:00 pm. Items not picked up 5:00 pm on the last day will be donated to charity.
-Discounts are offered after the first day, generally, 25% off on day two and then 50% off on day three unless otherwise marked.
-We are not responsible for accidents or injury, lost or stolen items.
This week’s sale is in a gated community that has requested we allow shoppers in only by appointment.
We are full for the first hours each day, but have openings for the remaining slots Please call or text 210-787-8068 for the address and gate code
- Time slots are on the hour.
- Include the day and hour you would like to reserve — and a backup choice (if you want to shop multiple days, please make a reservation for EACH day of the sale).
- EVERYONE must have a reservation. If you will have someone else with you include their name in the email. Parking is limited so please plan to carpool if you are able.
