ALL PURCHASES ARE "AS IS" and "ALL SALES FINAL." No refunds or exchanges. Sales tax will be collected. If tax exempt, a sales tax exempt form needs to be in our files with your Tax Exempt Sales #along with your signature. Bids will be taken for larger items, all reasonable offers will be presented to the owner. Plan ahead for hauling heavy items, we will not be able to load for you. Please ask for assistance in getting items downstairs in multi level homes. Neither the homeowner or our company are responsible for falls , injury or accidents.
Please do not bring pets into the house. All children need to stay with the parent.
We accept cash and credit cards (for purchases over $25.00), no checks please.
Please remember that these items do not belong to us . Often a family member may decide to keep an item after we start working. Sorry but we do not have email sign in option.

Lovely home in Hunters Creek, filled with furniture, exceptional high  end cookware, dishes, kitchen and barware.  We have several G. Harvey signed/numbered prints beautifully framed,  a Robert wood print, and an original by  Sidney Sinclair /Boerne 

Antique furniture includes handmade dresser and headboard by  Leroy Cook Franklin, IN, fantastic vinyl record cabinet by Udell Works, IN, needlepoint seat chairs, lamps, ladies bedroom sitting chair,several small end tables and cabinets, cedar chests and more.

Masks  are required, hand sanitizer  will be available, please read my notes regarding stairs and accessibility in the house
