Per Texas Law, we will collect Texas sales tax. Re-sellers must show a hard copy of their Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit certificate (not a picture of it) and will also be required to complete a sales tax exemption form, unless we have one on file for you for Tax year 2021.
We have limited packing materials, so please bring your own boxes and packing.
Anything written on a ticket and placed on the SOLD shelf is considered a binding sale.
Customers are responsible for carrying out and loading their purchases, so please plan accordingly.

Renowned Texas Artist Peter Hohnstedt, Comfort, original oil on canvas

Hohnstedt moved to Comfort, Texas in 1928 and had a studio in San Antonio. Later Hohnstedt moved his home and studio to downtown Comfort, Texas, where his studio was open daily to visitors. His guest book included visitors from around the country. Peter Hohnstedt preserved on canvas many of the beautiful surroundings of Comfort, Texas in the heart of the Hill Country. His paintings included the twisting oaks, cypress and hillsides surrounding the small community. He exhibited at the Witte Museum (Edgar B. Davis Competition) in 1929 and won two awards, with such competition as Dawson Dawson- Watson, E. Martin Hennings, O.E. Berninghaus, Jose Arpa and a host of others. He continued to exhibit throughout the 30's and 40's with several one-man shows.

Rogelio Canizales, San Antonio, original oil on canvas

Rogelio was an artist who saw life as a blank canvas waiting to be painted. His love and devotion for art allowed him to become one of San Antonio’s most recognized artists. Some of his art work includes murals and paintings in downtown San Antonio. One of his proudest moments was receiving special acknowledgment for serving as Art and Design Director for Pope John Paul II’s visit to Texas and San Antonio in September of 1987. Prior to his passing, Rogelio was in the process of organizing an art exhibit of his canvas paintings.
