No early sign-ups; we will post a Vogt employee outside the front door of the house at 8:30am sharp on each morning of the sale with a blank sign-up list, and then we'll open the sale 1 hour later at 9:30am sharp and allow folks entry in the order of the sign-up list. Remember, you do not have to sign up on the list to come to this public estate sale, only if you want to be one of the first people in the door when we open.

Vogt Estates presents an outstanding on-site/in-home estate tag sale (NOT an auction) of the Bruni oil & gas family mansion in the heart of Elm Creek near the Castle Hills area. The family spared no expense in decorating their large home with the very best in decor, decorative arts, art glass and sterling silver, dining and serving pieces, designer furnishings & lighting pieces, linens, handmade rugs, Asian decor, high-end electronics incl. McIntosh, office items, children's items, books, high-end garden pieces and pots, and amazing holiday and Christmas decor - perfect timing! This is a very large home and it's absolutely packed with good stuff.
YOU MUST GO THROUGH AN ELM CREEK GUARD GATE TO GET TO THE HOME. Tell the guard that you are going to the estate sale at Old Wick, and they should let you in! There are 2 different guard gate entrances to Elm Creek: one off of Lockhill-Selma, and one off of Wurzbach; you can enter at either one.
