We accept Credit Cards, Cash, and Check w/ ID for all items in the sale. Debit and credit card must be for $25 or more. No checks over $500.00. All items are sold AS-IS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS! You must inspect what you are buying and be satisfied with it upon purchase. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any accidents or injuries that may occur while you attend our sale. You must watch for low overhangs in the tents and any supporting wires for the tents. If you see any fluorescent tape on the grounds, that means beware and be careful in those areas. If you are interested in any of the very large items please be sure to bring a vehicle and movers to take the items with you.
We will not have anyone on site to help you move heavy items. Please bring your own help. We can make arrangements to hold items for pickup no later than 5pm on Sunday.
This sale is another mixture of something for everybody. We have home furnishings, cameras, collectables, housewares. 4 paintings by Geraldine Nunns, a famous local San Antonio artist, tools, garden items, jewelry and many other items, please see the pictures. We will be posting a video tour of the house Thursday evening once everything is finished. The house has been sold and closes in 20 days, so everything must go. I am leaving the tool shed and garage as a pick and pull thing for you guys that like to find the hidden gold. As many of you know..we do not consider ourselves the Neiman Marcus Discount Center like some of our competition. So come and enjoy and spend an afternoon with us. See you there.
