First come; first served. NO sign-up sheet, nor will one be honored.
Please check your purchases carefully. All sales are final sales with no returns, refunds or exchanges. Refunds will not be given on items left behind.
We accept cash, but no checks please. We also accept Credit/Debit cards for all purchases over $100.00 or greater.
The first day is full price, no discounts. Day two, we start the morning off with discounts up to 25% off for cash; 20% for credit purchases and at some during the day we will increase the discounts up to 50% off for cash; 45% for credit purchases. Maximum discounts apply only to cash purchases. SOME EXCLUSIONS APPLY.
Per Texas Law, we will collect Texas sales tax. Re-sellers must show their Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit certificate (not a picture of it) and will also be required to complete a sales tax exemption form, unless we have one on file for you for Tax year 2019.
Do not remove tags from items you wish to purchase. Notify one of our staff and we will mark it as sold.
No holds over 15 minutes.
We have limited packing materials, so please bring your own boxes and packing.
Do not block driveways or mailboxes please. The driveway is for loading ONLY.
Customers are responsible for carrying out and loading their purchases, so please plan accordingly.
No public restrooms.
No strollers allowed.
