CONDITIONS OF SALE ? AUCTION

Introduction
The present Conditions of Sale govern all transactions conducted through auctions hosted on LiveAuctioneers.
We operate as an international gallery, working with clients across multiple jurisdictions. While LiveAuctioneers provides the bidding platform and auction interface, certain services?such as LivePayments (integrated payment processing) are managed independently by the platform and are not always available or applicable to all sellers.
As a result, payment processing is conducted directly through the gallery, in accordance with our operational structure and international transaction requirements.
Participation in the auction constitutes full acceptance of the following Conditions of Sale.
________________________________________
1. Payment Processing
Payments are not processed through LiveAuctioneers.
All payments must be made directly to the gallery using the payment methods specified in the official gallery invoice.
Accepted methods may include:
? Bank transfer
? Zelle
? Other methods, where applicable
Important:
The gallery does not accept payments via credit card under any circumstances.

2. Invoicing
Upon successful bidding and confirmation of a winning lot, the buyer will receive two separate invoices:
a) Invoice issued by LiveAuctioneers
This invoice is automatically generated by the platform and serves solely as a record of the hammer price achieved during the auction.
It is provided for reference purposes only and must not be used for payment.
________________________________________
b) Invoice issued by the Gallery
This is the official and final invoice, and the only document valid for payment.
It may include:
? Hammer price
? Buyer?s Premium (if applicable)
? Additional applicable charges
All payment instructions and available payment methods will be clearly specified within the gallery invoice, allowing each client to select the option that best suits their needs.
The buyer must complete payment exclusively based on the gallery invoice.
This dual-invoice structure ensures:
? Transparency in pricing
? Accuracy in billing
? Proper administrative and accounting handling
________________________________________
3. Payment Deadline
Full payment must be received within 5 to 7 calendar days following the conclusion of the auction.
Failure to comply with this deadline may result in:
? Cancellation of the sale
? The lot being offered to another buyer
? A formal report submitted to LiveAuctioneers, which may lead to restrictions or penalties on the buyer?s account
________________________________________
4. Binding Nature of Bids
All bids placed through the platform are voluntary and legally binding.
? No cancellations or retractions will be accepted once a lot has been won.
? The gallery does not process or authorize bid cancellations.
? Any such requests are subject solely to the policies and discretion of LiveAuctioneers.
________________________________________
5. Shipping Timeline
Shipping arrangements will be initiated only after full payment has been received and confirmed.
Shipments are typically coordinated within 5 to 10 business days following payment.
________________________________________
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs:
? Are not included in the hammer price or final invoice
? Are calculated after the auction, once the final delivery address has been provided
The gallery does not provide fixed shipping costs in advance, as estimates generated by LiveAuctioneers may not reflect accurate market rates.
Each shipment is quoted individually based on destination, dimensions, and logistical requirements. The gallery will assist the buyer in identifying the most appropriate option.
________________________________________

7. Shipping Responsibility
All shipping, insurance, and related logistical costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
The gallery may assist in coordinating shipment through carriers such as:
? UPS
? FedEx
? Other providers
However, the gallery shall not be held liable for delays, damages in transit, or additional costs arising from customs procedures.

Latin American Fine Art

Description & Details

LATIN AMERICAN FINE ART presents a curated selection of modern and contemporary works bringing together key figures from Latin America and the international postwar scene. The auction features works by artists whose practices helped shape the visual language of the twentieth century through abstraction, geometry, material experimentation, and expressive figuration. Highlights include works by Jes?s Rafael Soto, Rufino Tamayo, Rafael Coronel, Keith Haring, Edgar Negret, and Sergio Camargo, among others. Spanning geometric abstraction, modern Latin American movements, contemporary graphic works, and sculptural experimentation, the sale reflects the dialogue between regional artistic traditions and the broader international evolution of modern and contemporary art. The auction has been assembled with an emphasis on strong visual presence, historical relevance, and collector appeal, offering works suitable for both established and emerging collections.
