*No large bags. We will have plenty of area for hold items. Please bring help moving heavy items and bring packing materials to secure your purchases as we have a very limited supply on hand and not enough staff to help with loading during the sale.
*We are not responsible for injuries or accidents at this sale. Please no small children or pets as the house is jammed packed.
*This is a 3 day sale. The first day is full price, the second day is 25% off, 3rd day 50%.
*no items will be pre-sold and no prices will be given out prior to the sale so please do not ask.
*No sign up sheet, just line up, first come first served.
*If you are a reseller please bring a current copy of your tax ID and be prepared to fill out a tax exemption form. We require a new one at every sale.
2600 sq feet completely full of everything from Antiques and vintage furniture, collectibles and clothing, to new modern electronics, large appliances, power tools, a riding lawn mower, a full sewing room including a Bernina Artista embroidery machine with adjustable sewing table and chair and all the attachments, serger overlock machine, and enough fabric to start your own fabric store! The garage is jam packed with every tool you could ever need as well as storage cabinets . The man of the house was a collector of western items so there are cowboy boots, hats, leather belts and buckles and a 3 dozen collection of pearl snaps. If you’re into western pulp fiction books there’s nearly a thousand to choose from. We also have a collection of 70’s and 80’s record albums.
there are many dressers, king and queen size mattresses in like new condition, 2 large flat screen tvs, a sound system with sub wuffer and surround sound speakers, 2, 8 person dining tables, Etc. Please see all the pics. The backyard is also well stocked with garden items.
