There will be other vendors there if you choose to visit. They know this sale is going on and are opening their shops for you. This will definitely broaden your shopping experience. Like any other estate sale, first day is full price. But if you make a reasonable offer, we can work together. 2nd day will be 35% - 50% off.

Please understand that not all items will be priced. There is just too much to price. We ask for your patience. Entry will be between the office and security shack. Drive towards the back to 13th street. Park on on right side of red railing.

All other vendors are doing 15% - 35% off.
