Please check your purchases carefully. All sales are final sales with no returns, refunds or exchanges. Refunds will not be given on items left behind.
We accept cash. All of our prices are cash discounted prices. Use of a credit/debit card of any kind will add a 3% non-cash transaction fee to your purchase. Credit/Debit cards are accepted for purchases of $10.00 or greater. NO CHECKS
The first day is full price, no discounts. Day two discount will be 25% and day three will be 50%. $10.00 minimum purchase required for any discount. Some exclusions apply.
Per Texas Law, we will collect Texas sales tax. Re-sellers must show a hard copy of their Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit certificate (not a picture of it) and will also be required to complete a sales tax exemption form, unless we have one on file for you for Tax year 2022.
We have limited packing materials, so please bring your own boxes and packing.
Anything written on a ticket and placed on the SOLD shelf is considered a binding sale.
Customers are responsible for carrying out and loading their purchases, so please plan accordingly.
