Bring Help to Load, we cannot help load furniture during the sale hours.
If you plan on purchasing small breakable items please bring packing paper, we are low on supplies.
This will be a 2 part sale, with many more items. There will be no garage, appliances nor garden items for the first sale.

This is a cash only sale, we can hold items for you. Large ticket items may be purchased by check and released to buyer after the check has cleared.

The sale officially ends at 5pm but buyers are allowed to pick up furniture and large items by 8pm. This will be a 2 part sale, there will be no garage, appliances nor garden items for the first sale. For the first Part of the Sale the first 2 days will be full price, 3rd day will be 20% off. 

There is limited parking. Please be kind to residents and do NOT block driveways or road.  No not park in the driveway (only used for loading).
