*There will be a physical sign-up sheet to determine order of entry. We will put a blank sign-up sheet out at 8am on Friday at the front door of the home.
*Items are priced As-Is, Where-Is, no warranty implied.
*Buyer responsible to move all items purchased before we close the sale at 3 PM on Sunday July 20th.
*Please bring help moving heavy items and bring packing materials to secure your purchases as we have a very limited supply on hand. Staff will not be able to help with loading during the sale. The Buyer is responsible to move their own purchases, including furniture and appliances. We have a mover at the ready who offers his services by the job and his rates are very reasonable.
*We are not responsible for injuries or accidents at this sale. Please no small children or pets at this sale.
*Absolutely no items will be pre-sold and no prices will be given out prior to the sale so please do not ask. The family has pulled everything they wanted to keep so if it’s in the photos it will be there on the first day. Please call and ask if you’re interested in knowing if certain items are still there on the second and last day.

*1st day, full price. 2nd day, 25% off. 3rd day, 50% off. The family reserves the right to set reserve pricing on certain items.
*Pets are not allowed, only Service animals are allowed.
*If you are a reseller please bring a current copy of your tax ID and a completed tax exemption form if possible, or be prepared to fill out a tax exemption form. We require a new one at every sale and will be checking current numbers with the TX comptroller website.

This home in west San Antonio is full of treasures from around the world, musical instruments, musical equipment including amps, electronics, speakers, antiques, queen and king beds, an antique rifle, tools, costume jewelry, clothing and kitchen. Lots of unique items from an eclectic family of artists and musicians. You’ll want everything in this home!

3 portraits by Internationally known artist James H. Moore. Among his artistic accomplishments, Moore was official portrait artist for the Peruvian government in the 1960s and artist-in-residence for Earl Holliman’s Fiesta Dinner Theatre. Moore painted such notables as Rudolph Nureyev, Pola Negri, John Travolta, and international jet-setter Jeanette Longoria. His paintings are in major collections all over the world.
WWII German K98k Mauser Rifle with Bayonet - 1943-dated “ce” code (J.P. Sauer & Sohn) Karabiner 98k — standard-issue German infantry rifle from WWII. Chambered in 7.92×57mm Mauser.
