Terms

Everything must go. Cash is king! Credit Cards accepted for purchases over $20.00. Credit cards must have a working chip or strip, no manual input. We do not accept checks.
No refunds, returns or exchanges. Items sold "as is", so look it over well. No children under the age of 14 allowed - no exceptions. Loose carpets pose a tripping hazard. The resident is NOT responsible for personal injury accidents.
If you break it, you buy it. Prices reduced. All items must be removed at time of purchase. No hoarding allowed. A "Hold Area" will be available for 10 items or less, one hour. Negotiations begin today. Dispute between customers over possession of an item will be handled by auction to the highest bidder.
No early access to the sale. Don't ask! Line up outside the door. Remember, this is someone's home and you are invited in as a guest to shop. Maximum capacity is 30 people. We will do our best to move things along and keep the wait outside short. Please hold your place with a person, not a dropped bag, and don't invite 10 friends to join you in your place in line, you'll upset the other customers. Seller has the right to ask you to leave the premises for any reason. Be polite!

Bought in Turkey 30 years ago and upholstered with a large, flat weave (kilim) carpet at that time.  The chair adjusts by moving the brass rod on the back of the chair.  Very rare and beautiful!!Korean Aquarium with brass hardware and paper covered glass. Very traditional Asian piece of furniture. Purchased in Korea and has been used as an aquarium for 25 years.
