Christopher Estate Sales in Stone Oak

-We will be using a number system to control the number of people in the house if there is a line. Take a number when you arrive. Please note that everyone in your party must pull a number. Note the different hours for this sale. Gated community. You will not be permitted to enter the neighborhood before 10AM.
-Credit card transactions require less contact and are encouraged, but not mandatory.
- We accept Apple Pay, cash, debit and credit cards.
-All items sold as-is. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.
-Sales tax will be collected (If you are tax -exempt, please bring a copy of your tax-exempt form with you to leave with us per state guidelines)
-PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ITEMS MAY BE REMOVED BY THE FAMILY BEFORE THE SALE.
-Bring help to load large items--we request that large item pick up be completed AFTER closing each day or no later than the last afternoon of the sale between 4:00 and 5:00 pm. Items not picked up 5:00 pm on the last day will be donated to charity.
-We are not responsible for accidents or injury, lost or stolen items.
-Please do not block driveways and mailboxes when parking!
