-Sales tax will be collected (If you are tax -exempt, please bring a copy of your tax-exempt form with you to leave with us per state guidelines)
-PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ITEMS MAY BE REMOVED BY THE FAMILY BEFORE THE SALE.
-Bring help to load large items--we request that large item pick up be completed AFTER closing each day or no later than the last afternoon of the sale between 4:00 and 5:00 pm. Items not picked up by 5:00 pm on the last day will be donated to charity.
-We are not responsible for accidents or injury, lost or stolen items.
-Please do not block driveways and mailboxes when parking!

Directions for making an appointment:

1. Appointments are a maximum of two hours and are available each hour between 10:00am and 3:00pm.
2. To make an appointment call or text 210-519-1007 with your name, email address and the day and time slot you would like to reserve.
3. You will be contacted with a confirmation or alternative appointment times if your desired day and time are not available.
4. Each person in your party must make a reservation. NO EXCEPTIONS.
5. You will receive the address and further instructions prior to your appointment date.
