All items are sold as-is and SALES ARE FINAL with no exchanges, returns, or refunds.
All sold items must be picked up no later than closing the last day of the sale unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Be aware cameras are in use at the home.
While we cannot help you move or pack your items, there will be packing paper available as long as supplies last.
Please be respectful of the neighbors by not blocking driveways or mailboxes when parking.
