All of our prices are cash prices. There will be a 3% Non-Cash adjustment fee added to your total purchase for credit/debit card use including pre-sale purchases.
Only a limited number of shoppers are allowed in per hour. If you do not have an appointment booked, you will not be allowed in. The address will be texted to you once you have booked your time slot. Due to the By Appointment Only limitation, we are asking that only serious shoppers attend!
All sales are final with no returns, refunds or exchanges (NO EXCEPTIONS). Please check your purchases carefully, refunds will not be given on items left behind.
We have limited packing materials, so please bring your own boxes and packing material.

This home is not ADA compliant. There are stairs to enter and multiple levels to navigate once inside.
