Moving & Loading: Buyers are strictly responsible for dismantling, moving, and loading all purchased items. Please bring an appropriate vehicle, straps, and sufficient help/muscle to load large items (including the BBQ smoker trailer, grandfather clock, appliances, and heavy furniture). Staff/family cannot assist with heavy lifting.

Entry & Courteous Behavior: First-come, first-served. There is no official sign-up sheet or waitlist. Please be respectful and courteous to fellow shoppers and neighbors. We reserve the right to limit the number of people at any given time for safety and comfort.

Liability & Hold Harmless Notice: Enter at your own risk. By entering the property, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and assume all associated risks. The property owners, estate, and organizers assume NO RESPONSIBILITY or liability for any accidents, personal injuries, slips, falls, property damage, or loss of personal belongings occurring on or around the premises.

Parking Guidelines: Do not block driveways, mailboxes, trash bins, or emergency access routes. Please park respectfully along the street facing the flow of traffic. Driveway access is reserved strictly for active loading of heavy items.

Restroom Policy: There are NO public restrooms available on the property. Please plan accordingly.

Security & Theft: Premises may be monitored by security personnel or cameras. Shoplifting or swapping price tags will not be tolerated, and offenders will be reported to local law enforcement.

Children: Children must be closely supervised by an adult at all times.

Hold Policy: Items placed in the holding area are considered committed purchases. Please do not place items on hold unless you fully intend to purchase them.
