We accept cash, cashier's checks, and debit cards. Debit cards are welcome for purchases for more than $20. No credit cards on Saturday or other deep discount days. Cash, cashier's check or letter of credit for purchases of more than $500 unless we know you or by special arrangement. No refunds and no exchanges. All sales are final. Items with motors or electrical items have been tested but buyer should test prior to purchasing.
Pickup or your delivery arrangements of furniture or very large plants or other large items may take place at a mutually convenient time.
We are not responsible for accidents to anyone at any location in or near this address. We appreciate your cooperation as we conduct an orderly and respectful sale and thank you in advance. No large bags allowed.

Beautiful Sale. Everything is in Mint Condition.
The 7,000 sq foot home is furnished with Asian rosewood, black lacquer, and Chinoiserie style designs personally selected by the couple on their travels and shipped back home and other styles and types of furniture.
One Chippendale style curio cabinet is filled with a designer egg collection, and there are many Santas from which to select.
There are modern designs in area rugs and runners including vibrant emerald green, lapiz blue, and a Moroccan rug in pastel colors, as well as a fabulous Commerative Edition tall case (grandfather) clock by Ridgeway (Howard Miller), large outdoor pots and plants, a cowboy and cowgirl shiloutte with Texas star, and much more.
The workship still has a good selection of tools, a shop vac, a compressor and power washer, and another storage building houses other equipment. We have a whole house reverse osmosis system, a professional quality PA system, and small tools and electricals galore. One refrigerator remains.
And there is a king sized mirror back headboard unit, a recliner and recliner loveseat, two sofa and loveseat sets, a pair of wing back chairs, and hickory color dining set with coordinating hutch with sliding doors instead of swinging doors. The many pieces of Chinese furniture were shipped home by the owners.
Watch for more details as we work. We are unpacking tons of Christmas, Easter, Halloween and other holiday decor. We've counted more than 50 Santas of all types and sizes and still they come. So far, we also have the Disney Classic Collection retired figures of the Wicked Queen, Snow White and two Smiley characters, and an entire six-foot table loaded with wonderful Easter decor.......This family enjoys entertaining and decorating.....more photos coming.
