-We accept cash and credit cards (for purchase of $20 or more). No checks please.
-All items sold as is. No refunds, returns or exchanges.
-Sales tax will be collected. [If you are tax exempt, please have copy of your tax exempt form with you.)
-Bids will be taken for larger items. Reasonable offers will be presented to the owner.
-Please be aware that items pictured may be removed by the owner before the sale.
-Bring help to load large items--we request that large item pick up be completed AFTER closing each day or no later than Sunday afternoon at 3:00pm. Items not picked up 3:00 pm on Sunday will be donated to charity.
-We are not responsible for accidents or injury, lost or stolen items.
NOTE: There will not a sign up sheet for this sale, first come, first served based on line-up order. Number of people in the house will be limited based on available space.

This sale will be a great opportunity for you take a ride out to the country! Located in a beautiful part of Hayes County near San Marcos, the house is full of antiques and collectables. A partial list is below. Make sure you read the additional driving directions that will be posted the day before the sale starts. The house is not hard to find if you follow the directions. Come join us for a relaxing day in the country and great shopping too!

Driving Directions:

The house is located 7 miles off I35. Take the Aquarina Springs exit (206) and turn east. Continue through the college. (Be careful, there is construction.) Turn right on to Post Road and then left on to Lime Kiln Road (There is a Texaco there.) In two miles turn left on to Hillard Road. Follow Hillard Road for approximately four miles. Watch for the green signs and balloons! See you there!
