Although we try to help when possible many times we are unable to provide assistance with furniture so please plan on packing and loading your purchases. Furniture and appliance purchases will need to be picked up by NOON Saturday. This is a 3 Day Sale. Thursday and Friday are regular price and Saturday is 50% off most items. No numbers given out - just be nice in line.

This home is filled with beautiful, historic antiques belonging to Mr. and Mrs. Jager who are responsible for many of San Marcos' treasures; the Price Center, Sights and Sounds, Summer in the Park to name a few.  There is a stained-glass floor lamp that was given to the family after filming and being featured in the Martin Sheen move “Texas Funeral” Gorgeous EASTLAKE furniture. An organ and 2 pianos, Ornate mirrors, Mahogany bed, Brass bed, projects pieces, tons of books, metal filing cabinets, Wicker furniture, ice cream parlor chairs, (3) upholstered settee’s, full kitchen of vintage Pyrex & Corning ware.  Fantastic lighting, retro sofas, sterling silver, and so much more. A Halloween shop too!


Dining table and Chairs with matching Buffett, hutch and Sideboard – these are all FABULOUS hand carved and are being sold separately, but we would love to keep them together as they have been since the late 1800’s
