This is a 2 day sale. A physical sign up sheet will go out at 8am Saturday (first day of the sale) at the front door of the location. Sign-up determines order of entry.
*Golden Bow Designs / Estate Sales accepts credit cards and cash. Charges will appear as: GOLDEN BOW DESIGNS
*Items are priced As-Is, Where-Is, no warranty implied.
*Buyer responsible to move all items purchased.
*Please bring help moving heavy items and bring packing materials to secure your purchases as we have a very limited supply on hand. Due to time constraints staff will not be able to help with loading during the sale. The Buyer is responsible to move their own purchases, including furniture and appliances.
*We are not responsible for injuries or accidents at this sale. Please no small children or pets at this sale.
*This is a 2 day sale. The first day is full price, the second day is 50% off most items. Our clients reserve the right to establish a minimum price on some items.
*absolutely no items will be pre-sold and no prices will be given out prior to the sale so please do not ask. The family has pulled everything they wanted to keep so if it’s in the photos it will be there on the first day. Please call and ask if you’re interested in knowing if certain items are still there on the last day.
*there will be limited entry into the sale of 25 people at a time for this sale.
*Pets are not allowed, only Service animals are allowed.
*If you are a reseller please bring a current copy of your tax ID and a completed tax exemption form if possible, or be prepared to fill out a tax exemption form. We require a new one at every sale and will be checking current numbers with the TX comptroller website.
