Texting is the best form of communication. Calling in the week prior and during the sale when we are too busy to answer means questions unanswered. Much easier for us to reply to text than answer the phone.
A physical sign up sheet will be out at the address with our door person at 7am to determine order of entry. We will let in 35 people to start at 9am, then one out and one in as we see how the crowd holds up inside. Physical presence in line is required, we do not recognize place-holders overnight.
This is a 3 day sale! The 1st day is full price, 2nd day is 25% off, the last day is 50% off.

*Items are priced As-Is, Where-Is, no warranty implied.
*Buyer responsible to move all items purchased by 4pm on Sunday 7/19.
*Please bring help moving heavy items and bring packing materials to secure your purchases as we have a very limited supply on hand. Staff will not be able to help with loading during the sale. The Buyer is responsible to move their own purchases, including furniture and appliances. We have a mover at the ready who offers his services by the job and his rates are very reasonable.
*We are not responsible for injuries or accidents at this sale.
*Please no pets at this sale unless they are service animals.
*Small children are fine but they are counted as one person on the sign up sheet and should look with their eyes and not with their hands.
*Absolutely no items will be pre-sold and no prices will be given out prior to the sale so please do not ask.
*The family reserves the right to set reserve pricing on certain items. We will make note in those photos.
*If you are a reseller please bring a current copy of your tax ID and a completed tax exemption form if possible, or be prepared to fill out a tax exemption form. We require a new one at every sale and will be checking current numbers with the TX comptroller website.

Our next sale will be in San Marcos.
We are prepping this stunning, mid century, ranch home in San Marcos this week! We are adding photos daily and still have some sneak peek photos of the home as we found it. You can see all the sneak peek photos HERE. We had a lot to unpack so what emerged is pretty spectacular!
Sleek MCM furniture in every room, fold out screens and room dividers, unique art and statues, tons of brass furniture, candle sticks and décor. Several renowned artist including wire sculptures by Texan Artist Barrett DeBusk and a massive limited edition photograph by Jack Carey. There are some unique statues and art from the Asia. Mom spent several years as a child growing up in Japan while her Father was stationed there where she developed a love for Asian art and décor.

There is a large large garage with kitchen overflow and utility items as well as a separate workshop full of tools.
The father of the household was a PhD in Math and taught at Texas state, beginning when it was still Southwest Texas. There is a small library of math books that would be hard to rival. They were also a also a Masonic and Eastern Star family, so there are some interesting Masonic related items.
Mom and Dad were into card games and chess. There is a fabulous Poker table with tons of unopened card decks from Vegas and multiple chess boards.
Dad built the house himself and the workshop will show signs of that. If you know any handy-folks or DIYers, they will want to attend this sale and load up on hardware and tools.
