*No large bags. We will have plenty of area for hold items. Please bring help moving heavy items and bring packing materials to secure your purchases as we have a very limited supply on hand and not enough staff to help with loading during the sale.
*We are not responsible for injuries or accidents at this sale. Please no small children or pets as the house is jammed packed.
*This is a 3 day sale. The first day is full price, the second day is 25% off, 3rd day 50%.
*absolutely no items will be pre-sold and no prices will be given out prior to the sale so please do not ask. The family has pulled everything they wanted to keep so if it’s in the photos it will be there on the first day.
*there will be limited entry into the sale of 25 people at a time. No sign up sheet, just line up in an orderly fashion. Leaving items such as chairs, boxes, etc are not considered line place holders.
*If you are a reseller please bring a current copy of your tax ID and be prepared to fill out a tax exemption form. We require a new one at every sale and will be checking current numbers with the TX comptroller website.
*Items are priced As-Is, Where-Is, no warranty implied. Buyer responsible to move all items purchased.

This sale features something for everyone. It’s on a 5 acre horse farm in west seguin off 46. There is a barn packed full of utilitarian items, stable equipment, farm implements a large riding lawn mower, tools, tool boxes for truck beds, etc. . We are also selling many 10 foot and 5.5 foot length of wrought iron fencing and several matching gates. Buyer must remove themselves. The garage is packed as well. There’s vintage and new clothing, tons of accessories, vintage hats, pearl snaps, kimonos, an assortment of linens and bedding, pillows, at least a dozen rugs, Asian and ethnic items from around the world, vintage and new kitchen items, pots, planters and lots of patio furniture. A White overlock Serger and vintage sewing table. There is also a large collection of art, mirrors, and vintage home decor as well as a large collection of art glass and horse themed ranch items. Come out and shop with us! Our prices are so good you won’t leave empty handed :)
