Cox Living Estate Sale ( Moved to a smaller home )

Our client has made the decision that we all have to sooner or later have to make.  That is the one to simplify our lives and move on. When this decision is made and the actual move is taking place or has taken place we find that some of our possessions will not fit in our new surroundings and have to be left behind.  The time has come to let someone else enjoy what we have enjoyed throughout the years.

Our client thoroughly loved spending the time in the kitchen and at the grill on the patio.  You will see this when you tour the home and view the assortment of chef utensils, cookware and appliances that are available for sale.  If you have any culinary talents yourself you will recognize the brand names and designers of the wares. 

After cleaning up from the time in the kitchen our client enjoyed a healthy and active life.  He was and still is very involved in the Master Gardner's orgnization especially when preparing his own compost and gardening in a small way.  When not in the kitchen, the garden or the yard he spends his time on the golf course, the tennis court or in the exercise room.  However in our older age we have to slow down and this is the case here.  Please browse through all the tennis rackets, golf equipment and exercise or health equipment that did not make the move.

Business and career have played an important role in the client’s lifestyle.  Simple but effective is the way to describe. Touring the globe the client had the opportunity to visit the Waterford factory on several occasions, each time allowing him to add to his Waterford grouping a new piece.
