Note: The sale house is 2.4 miles north on Milwaukee (County Road 1700) from the intersection of Erskine and Milwaukee. It's closer to Lubbock even though it shows as a Shallowater address.

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, we no longer allow large purses, handbags, backpacks, etc.There are steps and stairs throughout the property, and watch your head when entering storage buildings. Please use caution as we are not responsible for accidents!
