Sign in sheet available Wednesday at noon. We will open Thursday 9:00am. We accept cash only. All sales are final. Pick-up arrangements will be made at convenient times. Because of the large amount of merchandise sold on the first day and second day, the sale is now ended. We will be on site Saturday for pick up of merchandise .
Absolutely no large bags due to full house contents. We are not responsible for accidents on the property or in the area surrounding the property. Please do not park in front of mail boxes or driveways and be sure to park on the correct side of the street. All items are sold " As Is" and "All Sales are Final". Please bring loading help packing material.
