CASH ONLY - no checks or credit cards accepted. We reserve the right to limit the number of people entering the home. Please do not call us before or during the sale, as we will not be able to reserve, give descriptions or answer other general inquiries regarding the sale. There will be no sign-up sheet or number system. First come, first served. No large bags will be allowed. Merchandise is sold "As Is" and "All Sales Final" and no refunds. The public will not be allowed to use bathrooms. We discourage bringing children to the sale. If admitted, they must be supervised at all times. You Break, You Buy Policy. Please bring help to load your furniture purchases as no staff will be available to assist. We do not guarantee that we will have bags, boxes and paper for wrapping so please come prepared.
