Coulter’s Collectables Estate Sale

This is part one of a two part sale!  Yes that is right we know we are going to be here for two sales so we broke it up into two distinctly different sales with the first one selling garage items holiday decor and accessories that the homeowner removed from this very upscale home for staging the house.  We have set up over 150 of table space in addition to the space inside the four garage stalls.  Now before you say I can’t believe Mike is having a garage sale get this there are designer hand bags, antiques, furniture, holiday decor, outdoor patio items and statuary not to mention appliances and toys, and accessories galore!  If you are expecting broken car parts or fix it projects that is not this sale.  Now here is the kicker because this sale is being held partially outside it is going to be a one day sale!  That is different for us usually we do one day sales when there is a small sale that is not the case here the reason this sale is just one day is because we squeezed it in as a special favor for the homeowners knowing what the schedule for the rest of the years sales look like coming up.  So come early but don’t plan to come back on Sunday you will be very disappointed if you do.
