Coulter’s Collectables Sale Two

We are trying something we have never done before and hopefully will never do again but we had two homeowners that needed to have sales the same weekend and I said why not ….  Now it is official I have lost my mind.  We are calling this house the little house but the treasure that awaits you is worth the hunt to find it.  So this house in a Midcentury  time capsule.  From the furniture to the clothing and even the kitchen goodies everything here says midcentury and well kept.  This is a very clean little house that you may just fall in love with and the good news there is that it will be in the market right after the sale is over.  Come looking for bargains because this house will have many.  Heads up do not judge the sale by the address you will be so sorry you did.  The family took all the art leaving me many blank walls that were perfect for another clients collection to join in the fun.  That means there will be some fantastic art here too..  each night I will post a few more pictures to tempt you.  Remember we put the numbers up an hour before the sale both days.
