The property has been sold to developers, but they are keeping as many trees as possible as well as part of the original "Wagon Trail" on the Old Ft Worth Road located on the property!! The house will be leveled so EVERYTHING is for sale!!

Previous resident was a historian who not only researched his family history but also Texas history. There are tons of books on Texas and it's history. He also collected and researched maps across the country. There are boxes of maps of not only Texas, but across the US as well as some other countries.

There are tons of National Geographic magazines in pristine condition and half in their cases. As he was an airline pilot here in Texas, there are also loads of aviation books/magazines/paraphenalia. He was also very much into trains as you will see from his various books and magazines on trains as well as several trains and other collectibles.
