• Cash preferred. Credit Card accepted with a convenience fee for credit cards. Sales tax will be charged on all purchases unless Tax Exempt.
• Please be respectful of neighbors and park in a manner that does not block driveways and mailboxes or impede the flow of traffic.
• No large purses, backpack, or bags allowed.
• We are not responsible injury or accidents you sustain while on the sales premises. Enter at your own discretion and risk.
• Some Furniture is used for display purposes only.
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are NO returns, refunds or exchanges, NO exceptions. All items are sold as-is.
• BRING HELP to move ANY Large items you purchase. All purchase must be picked up by 4 pm on the last day of the sale unless you have made other arrangements when checking out.
• 2nd day will offer a percentage off, some items are firm on price.
• We will take bids on items over $50.
